Privacy notice
This notice describes the public launch waitlist and controlled Drillium accounts. Operator engineering records remain private to the contracted organization and its authorized users.
What we collect
The waitlist stores only email, consent version/time and source. Authorized accounts store identity, organization membership, role, security and audit records. Engineering workspaces store the information users submit for controlled well planning. Stripe processes subscription and payment information; Drillium stores only provider identifiers, plan, seat and entitlement state.
Why we collect it
Petromium uses waitlist information for requested launch updates; account information for identity, authorization, security and service delivery; engineering information to provide the organization's controlled workspace; and billing state to enforce the selected plan. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or begin a trial.
Storage and providers
Application data is stored in Drillium's controlled PostgreSQL and document infrastructure. Stripe provides hosted subscription billing. Resend provides transactional email when enabled. Hosting, backup, malware scanning and monitoring providers process only the data needed to operate the service. Petromium does not sell personal or engineering information.
Privacy-balanced product analytics
With consent, Petromium records page/module views, coarse device and regional information, performance measurements and non-sensitive feature events. Visitor and account keys are pseudonymous. Analytics excludes well names, coordinates, engineering inputs/results, documents, equipment data, organization names, email addresses and raw IP retention.
Retention and choices
Waitlist records remain until twelve months after general availability unless unsubscribed or deleted sooner. Account, billing, audit, engineering and backup records follow the published retention schedule and contractual/operator obligations. Deletion can be delayed when legal, security, financial or controlled-record duties require retention.
