Retention and deletion

Drillium separates marketing, identity, financial, audit, engineering and backup records so each can follow an appropriate lifecycle.

Waitlist and notification records

Waitlist records remain until twelve months after general availability unless unsubscribed or deleted sooner. Transactional delivery records retain template, state, provider identity and recipient hash—not message bodies—for operational evidence.

Accounts, billing and engineering records

Account and membership records remain while access or contractual duties continue. Stripe invoice and subscription records follow financial/legal requirements. Controlled engineering revisions, approvals, audit events and source evidence follow the organization's contracted retention schedule and must not be silently rewritten.

Deletion and backups

Authorized requests remove eligible live records after identity and organization authority are verified. Deletion may be delayed for security, dispute, financial, legal, regulator or operator-record duties. Deleted live records age out of encrypted backups through the documented rotation.

Exports and termination

Before termination, an organization administrator can request supported controlled exports. Final timing, format, restoration and deletion commitments are defined in the executed order form and data-processing agreement.
