Terms of service
These product terms describe the intended commercial service and remain subject to legal review before public activation.
Plan, trial and seats
Drillium Professional is $49 USD per active seat per month or $499 USD per active seat per year. One 14-day organization trial begins only through Stripe Checkout. A payment method is required, and the plan converts automatically after day 14 unless cancelled. Every accepted human organization member, including a read-only client, is an active seat; pending invitations are not.
Authorized organizations
Organization administrators control invitations and roles. Users must protect credentials, complete required authenticator enrollment and use only authorized organization records. Public registration and user-created organizations are not offered.
Engineering support boundary
Drillium provides engineering support, deterministic calculations, controlled drafting and audit evidence. It does not approve a well, authorize an operation, replace current standards or operator procedures, or substitute for competent engineering, subsurface, HSE, regulatory and wellsite review.
Billing and cancellation
Stripe hosts payment methods, invoices and subscription administration. Cancellation takes effect according to the Stripe portal selection and recorded subscription state. Taxes, refunds, failed payments and plan changes follow the final order form and applicable law.
Acceptable use and availability
Users must not bypass tenant controls, introduce malicious content, use Drillium for unlawful work, or represent synthetic/demo data as operational evidence. Service targets, support, liability, warranties, governing law and negotiated operator terms will be stated in the executed agreement.
